Kennedy and Healthcare:

We’re likely to wind up with an even worse, more expensive bill, with more hidden provisions, as the Democrats use Kennedy’s death as a vehicle to cram through a “legacy” bill.

It will likely be a bill that insures that people in Kennedy’s position get the best possible treatments, while the rest of us get end of life “consultations”, and if we’re lucky, an aspirin.

As bad as Britain’s system is, I have every confidence that we’ll be able to take the worst of the NHS and make it even worse.
