Raccoon: It's What's for Dinner!

At least in Kansas City. Actually, the recipes don’t sound bad. Actually, pretty tasty. But we could fix it up with adding some bacon…. and fresh Jackalope.

 Can’t wait to see “Iron Chef” Battle Raccoon!” on the Food Channel.

 With the number of raccoons in our neighborhood, one might make an occasional dinner. If we could supplement with one or two of the regular herd of 6-8 whitetail deer that come through the yard, we could probably bag enough meat for the rest of the winter.

 And we live within Akron’s city limits.
