The Return of Fatimah Ali

With griping about the complaints she’s received after her promise of a ‘race war’ if Obama isn’t elected in November.(original thoughts here).

Here’s her original quote:

“If McCain wins, look for a full-fledged race and class war, fueled by a deflated and depressed country, soaring crime, homelessness - and hopelessness!”

Technically, she’s not promising a race war, merely predicting one. At least, that’s a charitable interpretation that has the additional advantage of being plausible, to paraphrase Kissinger.

Still, it’s far from clear how an Obama presidency would fix any of these problems. His economic programs are likely to shrink the economy, given his associations with Ayers, Rezko, and others, I’m not sure that you could portray him as ‘tough on crime’, and his relentless liberal orthodoxy and inherent smugness is likely to have a very short shelf life as a source of hope.

Now, some of the email she’s received is pretty vile. However, she rigorously adheres to the liberal progressive dogma that only conservatives are ‘haters’. Apparently, she’s never read the comments on Kos, or, for that matter, paid any attention to the MSM’s vindictive campaign against Sarah Palin.

Still, she does have a point – if Obama loses, we’ll be faced with 4 years of whining about America’s inherent racism. If Obama wins, we’ll likely be forced to attend multiculturalism re-education camps, as well as incessant lecturing about what racist dogs Americans are every time somebody dares to criticize His Worship.

Heck, Obama hasn’t won or lost yet, but you can’t even make fun of “community organizers” without being called a racist.
