Ohio and Eternal Dannation

The Democrats are apparently learning something – That if you run on an anti-corruption platform, you have to keep your own house in order. (Something long forgotten by the Republicans in Congress.)

Consequently, they’ve shown the door to Marc “Pizza and Pajama Party” Dann. Now, this doesn’t mean that much, but it’s a start. Even the AFL-CIO has gotten into the act:

“’The attorney general's conduct in this entire matter, and the pattern of conduct in his office over the past months, mandates that he leave his office immediately,’ Joe Rugola said, according to the report.”

Oh, and you want ‘cher misdemeanors? We gotem’ right here. Technically, this may not qualify, but it’s probably a bad sign when Judges start tossing around terms like “conflict of interest” and “using the court to advance your political agenda”. However, I suspect that it wouldn’t take much of an “investigation” to turn up all kinds of roaches in the AG’s office.

In the meantime, Dann is on the phone to whatever cronies that he hasn’t already thrown under the bus for a suitable “investigator”. No doubt whomever it is will have qualifications like “worked as mall security between July and August, 1987”.
