“Protesting Monks Embarrass China”

If a little embarrassment is all the Chinese communists get for their 60 years of despotism, they’re getting off easy.

In America, Google News will show these kinds of stories. In China, forget about it. I can understand Google’s board not liking these kinds of initiatives, but they’ve only brought it on themselves.

Interesting that a company with a “Don’t be Evil” slogan is willing to sign on to supporting political repression, turning in dissidents so that they can be shipped of to concentration camps, and studiously looking the other way when evil is committed, just to make a buck.

One wonders how many Tibetans are going to be sent of to the gulag as collateral damage of Google’s agreement with the Chinese Communists.
