You Have to Take ACLU Press Releases

With more than just a touch of cynicism. Today’s example: Nat Hentoff’s USA Today Op-Ed. Essentially, he reveals the ACLU’s use of these kinds of cases as classic examples of misdirection. Use the second grader as a fig leaf to cover the real intent – driving any kind of expression of Christianity from American life.

Stick up for a second grader – and oppose a high school valedictorian who wanted to mention Christ in her speech. Endless lawsuits about crosses on public property, and the annual assault on Christmas.

And let’s not get into their efforts to empower terrorists.
