Charles Murray Does the Math

Or, more accurately, explains La Griffe du Lion’s math (warning: as un-PC as you would expect from a site mixing statistics, Excel, and the Forbidden Questions in social science. I’ll probably add it to the blogroll). on “No Child Left Behind” (NCLB) in today’s OpinionJournal. (I think that I’m required by law to add “so you don’t have to” here. )
