Memo to Tucker Carlson:

The reason a new liberal network won’t fly is that the market space is already too crowded, with ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, NBC, and NPR.

How in the world could a new network introduce enough differentiation to attract an audience?

It’s always worth a snicker to hear network execs like Bob Wright “Waxing nostalgic for the days when networks played current events ‘down the middle’” – the usual tune of a monopolist who’s market dominance is slipping away to changes he can’t stop, and doesn’t understand.
